ABC Licenses

Start the application process 6 to 8 weeks before your event.

Important - Step 4 MUST be completed prior to submitting your form to the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.

Instructions:

1. Fill out the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control Daily License Application/Authorization.
2. Fill out all fields on the ABC Daily License Application Routing Form. Make sure that all fields are completed.
3. Bring both completed forms to the Administrative Office in San Andreas.
4. The Administrative Office will route the form to the appropriate departments for signatures.
5. You will be notified that your form is ready for pickup or if corrections need to be made.
6. Mail or hand-deliver your completed and signed application to the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
